Special Sessions at Dioxin 2017
Dioxin 2017 will have numerous sessions (click here to see list) including Special Sessions on a wide variety of topics including new and emerging persistent organic pollutants (POPs) such as halogenated flame retardants and perflourinted chemicals. The conference will hold at least five parallel sessions throughout the meeting. We are planning to dedicate one of the parallel sessions entirely to Flame Retardants (FRs) and related POPs, and another to Perfluorinated and Polyfluorinated Alkyl Substances (PFAS). There will also be enhanced special sessions on Environmental Forensics and New and Emerging Instrumental Methods and Techniques and POPs Analysis.
We have secured a guaranteed hotel room rate of $199.00 CAD ($148US or 140€ as of March 3, 2017) per night. This rate applies 3 days before and after the conference. The Sheraton Wall Centre is a four star hotel and the current hotel rate for the conference week not using the link below is $595 CAD per night. August is a very busy time in Vancouver and we highly recommend you secure accommodation as soon as possible as we are expecting the Conference Hotel to sell out. If you book your room for the conference using the link below, you can cancel your booking before August 15, 2017 without penalty.
